Building the Education Revolution

The Australian Government is currently funding two programs for primary schools under the Building the Education Revolution program.

Our school has applied for funding under the National Schools Pride and PS21 programs.

Our old student toilets, which have been in a portable building for about 15 years, wil be replaced under the PS21 program, and our adminsitration and staff building will be upgraded. The project has gone to tender and it is hoped to post some good news soon.

We have been successful in gaining $75 000 of N.S.P. funding. This will be used to provide cover for our small playground, build a new sandpit and provide seating in the schoolgrounds and set up a better canteen / kids' kitchen. Some other minor refurbishing projects including exterior and interior painting will also be undertaken. Here are photos of some of the projects being undertaken.
